We gather for worship every Sunday morning at Jackson High School in Mill Creek. There are several red signs in our community that will assist in guiding you to Jackson. There is plenty of parking and the entrance is clearly marked with large Journey signs.

You can expect to be greeted with a smile as you enter and given a bulletin filled with announcements and upcoming events. First time visitors can visit the Welcome center to learn more about upcoming events, who we are and what we believe as a church.  Our service begins at 10:00am, but many people arrive earlier to talk with friends, fellowship and check their kids in to Journey Kids.

Journey Kids is our ministry for children (infant through 5th grade). Journey Kids is a safe, fun and effective means of teaching our children the gospel of Jesus Christ. Journey Kids is not childcare. It is high energy, fun, relevant biblical teaching that seeks to clearly communicate God’s Word. Children may be checked in to Journey Kids near the main entrance. Learn more about Journey Kids.

Our worship service is in a caffitorium so we're definitely not a typical church. Our services usually consist of contemporary worship through song, Scripture readings, a sermon and Communion. Typically our worship services last about an hour and fifteen minutes.

And this was all while being held as a captive in a foreign land and knowing that while serving the king, he could be put to death at any moment for any reason. Why did God choose to use Daniel and allow him to go through so much?... more...

Mercy//Heather Barrett

As we learned a few weeks ago, God’s mercy should dominate our lives. We are all sinners, saved not by our own works, but by God’s amazing mercy (Titus 3:5). While still dead in our sins, the Lord not only withheld our punishment, He sent His only Son to take our place! Jesus died the death we should have... more...

Consider The Cost//Chris Mayfield

Have you ever wanted to build something from scratch, but stopped after drawing out the building plans? Ever say, “I am going to work out every single day this year,” and shot out like a cannon for the first week only to go down like a house of cards? Oh and how about this one, “We are going to be out of debt by the end of the year!” Didn’t work out so well did it? more...
